Khaitan & Co – F10 [B]
In order to meet the growing demands of the firm, Khaitan & Co. decided to expand and occupy the vacant 12,000 sq.ft. lot, adjoining their office on the same floor.
The extension seeks to merge the two spaces by staying true to the original concept of simplicity, all the while responding to the needs of today with an eye on the future.
The Reception acts as a bridge that seamlessly connects the two spaces.
The Client zone – while disconnected from the back office – includes a Lounge that provides a glimpse of the open floor plate beyond. The addition of art and green complement the melange of materials and tones that make up the space.
Designed to take advantage of the skyline of the city, the break-out zone within the office caters to informal meetings and discussions – encouraging employees to leave their desks and connect with each other.
