Located on the 5th floor of a commercial campus in BKC, the office space is an expansion and a complete refurbishment of the existing entity.
The client, one of the largest Private Equity Firms in the world, sought a space that could reflect the values of the firm and provide an aesthetic appeal with an added sense of functionality.
The brief called for a larger reception area coupled with a meeting room and conference room that make up the front office along with a connect with cabins and workstations as part of the back office. The presence of glass here, allows a clear visual connect from the passage straight through the front office – with views of the world outside – as well as with the back office and enhances the character of the space.
A mix of custom-built furniture in the front office and systems furniture as part of the back office, provides a balance between ergonomics and a certain sense of design.
A minimal yet sophisticated palette – wood, metal, marble, cement board – with pops of colour through the art, furniture and artefacts enhance the experience of the office all the while promoting a professional workspace interior.
