A re-design for a global leader in consultancy firms - having designed their original office space a decade ago - the expectation was to once again, transform their environment into a plush haven of luxury and warmth while still meeting the growing demands of an ever-changing industry.
This endeavour was driven by the client’s desire to create a space that would attract and invite top-level professionals seeking employment, as well as cater to the needs of their growing workforce.
The idea behind the intervention was to instil the space with a sense of warmth, vibrancy, and an overall inviting ambience – an atmosphere that would not only captivate the discerning clientele but also cater to the needs of their talented employees.
Recognizing the importance of seamless workflow and collaboration, innovative spatial configurations were devised that separated the public spaces from private ones. Open-plan areas foster synergy and interaction, while private enclaves provide ideal settings for focused discussions and confidential meetings. The ergonomics of each workspace were meticulously considered to ensure optimal comfort and efficiency.
An array of multi-functional spaces such as breakout rooms and rest areas, allow for greater flexibility and comfort within the office. To encapsulate the desired level of luxury, a rich palette of materials was employed, combining diverse textures and finishes. The interplay of carefully selected colours and lighting techniques creates an aura of sophistication and tranquillity throughout the space.
In essence, the project aims to create an atmosphere that seamlessly integrates luxury, adaptability, and inclusivity, within a space that not only invites their esteemed clientele but also cultivates a sense of belonging and pride among their workforce.
