An empty canvas awaited the transformation of a space into the sanctum for a family of four - a young, pragmatic couple and their cherished duo of children.

Their vision was crystal clear, seeking a dwelling that not only mirrored their practical essence but also whispered tales of purposeful design in every corner.

Perched majestically on the 29th floor, the design not only caters to the family’s practical needs but also bestowed upon them an elevated experience—a haven that seamlessly melded their pragmatic lifestyle with an exquisite aura of sophistication.

Distinct segregation of zones emerged as the guiding principle, meticulously carving out tranquil sleeping quarters from vivacious activity spaces. The children’s bedroom found its place adjacent to the master bedroom, a testament to familial closeness and the tender bonds woven within.
Meanwhile, the study, a realm for focused endeavors, held its ground at the farthest ends, offering a separation from the resting spaces, fostering an environment for concentration.

As the space took form, an adaptable multipurpose room unveiled itself, a chameleon space primed for leisurely pursuits like indulging in reading or cinema, which also seamlessly transforms into a cozy guest abode for the grandparents, this room was designed in order to flex with the family’s evolving needs.

The defining essence of this home transcended mere aesthetics, embracing a tactile mosaic where varied textures of materials orchestrated a symphony. Each element narrates its own story, intertwining to create an ambiance that palpably echoed the family’s desires..

Fuelled by a passion for literature, the couple yearned for a reading alcove, an oasis cocooned away from the more animated zones. Where they could, find peace and snug comfort, and immerse themselves in literary treasures, finding solace.

Materials, revered for their innate characteristics, adorned the space in their unadorned, authentic glory. Embracing simplicity over opulence, exposed concrete, metals, and wood formed an organic symphony, punctuated by vibrant bursts of color. These vivid accents enlivened the space, granting each space a distinctive persona, an artistic expression, much like each member of the family.
