Turner International

  • Location Lower Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra
  • Completion 2007
  • Gross Built Area 10,000 Sq. Ft.
  • Operating as a Mass Media and Communication centre, the Turner International office space had to be dynamic, and at the same time reflect the free spirited nature of the functioning offices.

The layout plan is based on a preliminary sketch from Turner, Hong Kong, that comprised of a radial plan with the business heads having their teams working upfront.

The design in full bloom, needed the character to be set for the various zones. The reception with state-of-the-art media facilities, followed by the office spaces, adhere to the design brief requirements. The briliant use of color is evident in almost every element of design confining the floor and ceiling that is industrial – understated and intriguing at the same time.

Vibrant posters, innovation at its best with painted exposed ducts and a penetrating cutting edge lighting design, lend the space just the right amount of zing. Exclusive to the office space is the barefaced volume of the ceiling above, and the artistic composition evolved with north light trusses and varied hues of space frames, inseparable from the design.
